To support internal culture within the Studio team, I collaborated with fellow designer Mikee to visually organize rituals, encourage participation in events, and spark reflection around our mission. Together, we designed a cast of playful character-forms representing the studio values collected during a workshop.

The goal was to make expectations clearer and rituals more intentional — without ever feeling prescriptive or boring. We built a simple, flexible design system around the characters, giving the team a toolkit that was both functional and fun.
