I’m the hands and brains behind Bodelouain, where my design background and handmade drive meet between obsessive tinkering and spontaneous play.
After a decade in digital design (eight of them at WeTransfer), two children, and one burnout, I decided to give my need to create a real, tangible space.
Now I spend my days letting my hyperactive self jump between drawing at my desk, touching fabrics like a maniac, hand-building wonky clay stuff, and blabbering to my cats.
I’m drawn to bold colors, imperfect details and textures. Really anything that screams: “Well, a human clearly made this.”
When I’m not in the studio, I’m probably still blabbering away, knitting, reading five books in three days, overanalyzing a social interaction I had two weeks ago, or unsuccessfully teaching my rowdy daughters the art of using their inside voice.
