SEEDS is a non-traditional internship program that supports new talent from the design industry as they grow in their own direction, a partnership between WeTransfer and PlusplusOne.
I collaborated with two fellow designers to create the brand identity and onboarding system, focusing on clarity, encouragement, and visual warmth.
I led the illustration and icon system, developing organic, tactile forms that expressed growth, experimentation, and care.
Alongside this, we built a modular design system that felt intuitive and inviting, making the first internship month easy to navigate, and sparking curiosity along the way.
